Rockford FiberCity\u00ae is proud to announce the appointment of a new internet service provider: SUMOFIBER<\/strong><\/a>. They will deliver high-speed services across the open access FiberCity\u00ae infrastructure, offering Rockford residents and businesses more choice, flexibility, and value.<\/p>\n

SUMOFIBER has over a decade of experience in delivering reliable, customer-focused internet solutions. Their arrival in the market marks a major step forward in Rockford\u2019s efforts to close the digital divide by increasing access to world-class connectivity for underserved communities.<\/p>\n

SUMOFIBER will offer service to multi-dwelling units (MDUs)\u2014including apartment complexes, and Home Owner Associations (HOAs) with more than 12 units\u2014as well as commercial properties citywide. They join T-Mobile Fiber<\/strong><\/a>, which currently serves single-family homes and smaller residential buildings.<\/p>\n

All FiberCity\u00ae networks operate on an open access model, which enables multiple service providers to deliver services over the same infrastructure. Fiber connectivity is a high-value amenity that helps attract and retain tenants while future-proofing properties for evolving digital demands. Getting connected is simple: property managers or building owners only need to sign a Right of Entry (ROE) agreement permitting access to MDUs and the private streets where HOA premises can often reside.
