Prior to any work commencing, you will see colored flags placed by your local utility providers. These identify where their infrastructure is located to ensure we work safely through your area avoiding any conflicts with existing utilities.
Step 1: Boring – This involves installing the black bore tubing underground.
Step 2: Micro Trenching – In this phase, we use a micro trench machine to create a trench in the parkway where colorful micro ducts are placed into the ground. Any exposed black bore tubing is buried.
Step 3: Restoration – Finally, we clean up the site by removing dirt piles, repairing the ground and placing grass seed. You’ll know we’ve completed work in your area and can remove any flags when you see biodegradable straw mesh matting applied to the restored ground. We encourage residents to water the straw matting.
The straw matting can be removed once the grass has grown to about 3-4 inches, which could take approximately 14 to 30 days or even up to 60 days. For a short period of time the grass may also appear different from other grass in the area.

Please note that winter restoration my be delayed further due to poor weather conditions.
