- Who are the Internet Service Providers?
SiFi Networks is in the process of finding the best Internet Service Providers for the city. Our aim is to partner with Internet Service Providers who will offer excellent customer service levels, competitive prices and a wide selection of product offerings.

- What services will they be offering?
They will be offering a range of different services from 100MB to 10G. You will be able to choose from internet only to triple play (internet, video and phone).

- Can I pre-subscribe now?
Not quite yet. Once we have selected your Internet Service Providers and we commence construction you can. You can register your interest to receive notifications though.

- Are tax payer's dollars paying for this?
No. This is a privately funded project with no tax payer’s dollars used.

- How much will the internet cost?
SiFi Networks doesn’t control pricing but the Internet Service Providers will be competitively priced and provide more choice to Kenosha.

- Will fiber be available to every neighborhood in Kenosha?
Once the network is complete fiber will be available to every neighborhood in Kenosha. If you live in a private development your housing association or landlord may need to provide us with additional permissions before we can bring services in.

- What is a Fiber optic network?
Fiber optic networks enable superfast internet, television and phone services to their subscribers upto 50 times faster than the average household in the USA. They also enable numerous next generation services as well as Smart City infrastructure like smart healthcare and education, traffic lights, parking, waste water and many other features which are beneficial to a municipality.

- Can more than one Internet Service Provider utilize the network?
Yes. SiFi Networks prefers to have more than one Internet Service Provider on the network as this means more choice for residents and businesses.

- How is the project being built?
You’ll see fiber cable being buried in either a small incision at the side of the roadway, or in the parkway behind the curb or next to the sidewalk.

- I am a tenant, how do I get fiber?
If you are a tenant it is important that you notify your landlord/property manager to let them know you want fiber. Get your neighbors involved too and create demand!
