Palmdale FiberCity® is delighted to welcome Rubin Bryant as its Community Relations Specialist in Palmdale.

Rubin will be part of the Palmdale FiberCity® Community Relations team. His role will be liaison between the residents and business community, the city and the construction team. Rubin can be seen daily at and around the construction site to answer any resident questions and ensure the project is being completed to our standards and satisfaction.
