SiFi Networks Operations’ (SNO), customer Planet Hippo, has won yet another customer service award, this will be its 19th so far.

“We are extremely happy with the service we receive from SNO, they offer exceptional customer service and their technological team have a wealth of experience giving us the confidence to offer our clients a whole host of services” Darren Lavender IT Operations Manager at Planet Hippo

Operating its worldwide footprint from offices in the USA and UK, SNO has many years of experience in running successful networks and is the engine behind SiFi Networks’ FiberCities™.

A combination of exceptional network design, a 24x7x365 customer service center, and a team with unrivaled experience allows SNO to provide 99.999% SLA to their clients.

Headed up by David Thomas, a former senior executive at British Telecom, with 33 years of experience in the telecommunications sector, he has a unique level of expertise in the development and implementation of workflows for large service centers specializing in the delivery of high quality customer service.

“We use a variety of methods to ensure that the operating system is fully robust offering our customers the highest level of service” commented David Thomas.

“Our ethos is to use open management platforms that allow for seamless integration between service delivery platforms and operating equipment” added Thomas.

SNO has partnered with Nokia formally Alcatel Lucent for all of their US projects enabling an even more comprehensive solution. They together operate the independent management control of the networks allowing multiple ISPs to connect with the confidence that it is not being run by a competitor.

SNO’s network design provides for a true open access platform that allows customers a great deal of choice enabling them to take connection from multiple service providers bringing competition which in turn drives down prices and adds premium content as ISPs compete for subscribers.

With the high speed service to the Internet, surfing content from different media sources known as over the top services such as home automation, security, telemedicine, e-learning and Netflix is easy, fast and accessible.
