The Role
We’re hiring a Project Scheduler with solid FTTH or telecom infrastructure experience to join our UK team. You’ll manage complex project timelines and ensure accurate tracking of progress using Microsoft Project, while supporting the successful delivery of our FiberCity® projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain & analyze schedules using MS Project.
• Work with PMs to track milestones, identify delays, and adjust critical paths.
• Perform risk assessments & maintain the project risk register.
• Develop recovery schedules and contribute to construction claim reviews.
• Generate reports, dashboards, and executive briefings using MS Project and Power BI.
• Monitor partner/contractor performance & coordinate progress tracking.
• Maintain organized project records and logs.

What You’ll Need

• 5+ years in project scheduling or controls (telecoms/FTTH preferred).
• Expert in Microsoft Project (MS Project Certification preferred).
• Strong grasp of CPM, project baselining & schedule logic.
• Excellent communication & stakeholder engagement skills.
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-SP) highly desirable.
• Power BI experience a plus.
