You will see crews from Always Underground in your neighborhood. These are our construction partners who are building out the Farmington Area FiberCity® network on behalf of us, SiFi Networks. We have been granted permission by the City to use its right of ways to complete this important fiber infrastructure project.

The network is being deployed using dirt trench and horizontal directional drill (HDD) machinery to make a trench in the greenbelt where fiber conduit is laid.

We only construct the fiber mainline during spring, summer and fall to ensure the very best remediation of the work area.  Crews will continue to place chambers and bore through the winter months; trenching will reconvene in the spring.
