Palmdale is one step closer to becoming a fully connected, fiber-powered city through the Palmdale FiberCity® project which has officially surpassed 2 million feet of fiber conduit laid—equivalent to more than 378 miles of ultra-fast internet infrastructure now in place.

This citywide buildout is designed to meet the growing digital needs of residents, businesses, and public institutions—enabling everything from remote work and online learning to 4K streaming and smart home technology.

“With this level of progress, we’re not just laying fiber, we’re securing Palmdale’s digital future,” said Rubin Bryant, Community Relations Area Manager. “Reliable, high-speed internet is no longer a luxury, it’s a necessity. This project ensures Palmdale stays ahead.”

As construction expands into more neighborhoods, thousands more will gain access to world-class internet service.
