Getting connected to the FiberCity® network is simple. All you need to do is contact your internet service provider GigabitNow, who will be able to book an install date that suits you.
The Install doesn’t take long, approximately half a day and someone over 18 needs to be present on the day. The team will advise the best route for the trench, to bring fiber directly into your home. Once the connection is made the team will test connectivity. Once complete you will be asked to sign off their work. You will then be left to enjoy superfast fiber connectivity in your home!
